Athi River
The proposed warehouse development in Athi River is an industrial construction project designed to provide modern, durable, and efficient storage facilities to support logistics, manufacturing, and distribution operations. Grand Scale Builders Limited was contracted to undertake the excavation and foundation works for the warehouse structures, including site clearance, bulk earthworks, excavation to formation levels, foundation preparation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and all associated substructure activities. These works established a stable and robust foundation system, ensuring the structural integrity and long-term performance of the proposed godowns.

Ruai Material Recycling Facility
The proposed Material Recovery Facility (MRF) at Ruai, Nairobi, is a landmark green infrastructure project aimed at transforming the city's waste management system by shifting from conventional waste disposal to sustainable resource recovery. As the main contractor, Grand Scale Builders Limited is responsible for the complete construction and delivery of the facility, executing all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and external infrastructure works. The completed facility will serve as a centralized recycling hub, enabling the efficient sorting, processing, and recovery of recyclable and organic waste streams, reducing the volume of waste sent to landfills while promoting environmental sustainability and supporting Nairobi's circular economy initiatives.

Taifa Gas
This is a Project for Taifa Gas SEZ at Dongo Kundu in Mombasa which consist of 12 no. LPG Gas Storage tanks with Steel Structure Supports, as well as Other infrastructural developments which include Steel Structure Warehouses, Loading & Offloading Steel Structure Bays, Steel Storage Structures as well as Steel Anti-Climb Fencing.
Our role in the project involves all the foundation works, steel structure support systems, construction of the steel storage structures, warehouses as well as steel anti-climb perimeter fencing.
We are also fabricating and ensuring delivery of all steel scaffolding material for the construction.

Grand Scale Builders Limited is undertaking the partitioning and complete interior fit-out works for the project, delivering functional and aesthetically refined spaces tailored to the client's requirements. The scope includes the construction of internal partitions, ceiling installations, flooring, joinery, painting, electrical and mechanical finishes, and other interior works.
